I can't find an option to make my writing public.

This post was written in 3 minutes.

There are two possible reasons why you might not see an option to make your writing public.

1. If you are under the age of thirteen, you may not post anything publicly. Furthermore, you cannot build a neighborhood. You may create writing samples within your account, but until you turn 13, they remain visible only to you. Once you turn 13, you may choose to make them public.

2. If you have not confirmed an email address with your account, you cannot post publicly, or build your neighborhood. When you registered on the site, you were sent an email with a confirmation link. If you did not receive that email, please be sure to add "mailer@fifteenminutesoffiction.com" to your email "safe sender" list. Then go to your Profile page (under the 'Options' menu) and enter a new email address.
