A Penny For Your Thoughts...
Tom: A penny for your thoughts...Jerry: What is that some type of insult?
Tom: No not at all, i would just like to know what you are thinking about.
Jerry: Well you see my dad died last week.
Tom: Oh I'm so sorry, do you need to talk about it?
Jerry: I don't know...You see i never really got along with my dad and so i don't know how to feel about it all. In angle i am upset that he died, and then there is another side that doesn't want to care.
Tom: Well that is only normal, you feel bad about not having a relationship with him, so you are trying to hide your emotions with not caring.
Jerry: Come to think of it, I do feel really bad about not having a better relationship with him, it's just he was always so hard on me.
Tom: I think he just wanted you to be happy and succeed in life, so he pushed you for greatness.
Jerry: Yeah maybe your right, just some of the things he said would hurt so much.
