Writing Prompts at Fifteen Minutes Of Fiction

Writing prompt "May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back."
These two lines come from probably the most well-known Irish blessing. Our concept of what a "blessing" is may be tied to religious ideas, or maybe not. Either way, a blessing in this form is probably not something most people read or write in our American culture nowadays.

Write a blessing -- something that expresses your desire for someone to be encouraged, to do well, to come to good fortune. It can rhyme, but it doesn't have to. It can be written with a specific person in mind, or just as a general hopeful sentiment aimed at all the people you care about.
