Re: TRO

Mr. Claus,
This letter is to inform you that a Master R. Wesley Lovil has filed a 'Temporary Restraining Order' against you and any agents working for you. Your constant surveillance of him to check his behavior has caused undue stress on his life style. Our client feels this conduct borders on harassment and we not only agree we feel the courts will also confer.

As far as your claim that you are merely checking if he is naughty or nice, we feel you have not shown legal proof of your expertise in this matter. Moreover, your thinly veiled threats of 'no presents' due to your definition of naughty leaves you open to legal repercussions. We have assured Master Lovil that if does not find a pony under his tree by December 25, this year you will have one of our representatives at your door the next day.
Sincerely
Charles Blowhard Blaw
Attorney at Law

Ha ha...very nice. One thing: "confer" should be "concur", I believe.

Reminds me of one of Michael K's series about a class action law suite against Santa. I was a couple of years back I think.
