Many would call my life perverse
I'd drink all night and sleep all day
My speech was crude and full of curse
I cared for none it was just my way
By chance one day I met a shy girly
With a sweet smile and eyes so blue
A freckled nose and red hair so curly
And I knew my old ways were through
Now my life is long walks in the park
Watching the sunset and holding her hand
Then sweet kisses and hugs after dark
All the mysteries of life I now understand
My life is so happy I now break out in song
I want to be with her for it's where I belong
