Thank you so much, du courage! Glad it made you smile! I did try to make it funny! :)

I think you're probably right. I also think I might want to use "scarcity fuels creativity" as the basis for a writing prompt, if you don't mind?

There's always the possibility of doing a self-publish kindle book or something like that, but then you're responsible for your own publicity.

When the next big overhaul of FMOF happens (not sure when that'll be), members will have the option of using their writing pages to promote their own books/e-books, which might gain some interest.

I've wondered if it's BECAUSE English is not your native tongue that I like your poetry so much; maybe the rest of us use too many words because the words come so easily to mind...

That's true, I suppose. Hopefully you don't live in a desert, or you'll be at a disadvantage for the next writing prompt too! :D

I saw your comment about "raising the bar" and I laughed. The truth is that I've had to read "Green Eggs and Ham" and "Hop on Pop" to our toddler WAY too many times in the last month, and that's what gave me the idea. :D

Thank you for your kind words. You are quite correct - coming up with new writing prompts every week is definitely a challenge, but it's worth it to see the things our writers come up with! Happy New Year to you! :)

Where can I find your rules for reviewing? I just submitted a comment and want to do it right? Thanks. Susan/Realist101

Thank you and yes, he was a very special man. I could tell you stories about him for hours. I miss him everyday. People always say that time heals all wounds, but this one sure is a slow heal. Thanks again for the kind comment.
